Sweet Science Boxing Club in Atlanta, Ga are hosting the Inagural The Atlanta Classic- USA Boxing Sanctioned Female only amateur boxing tournament Friday Feb 22- Sunday February 24th 2019. The Atlanta Classic will be a premier woman's only amateur boxing tournament sanctioned by USA Boxing. Hosted by Sweet Science Boxing Club. The Atlanta Open will be held at the luxurious Marriott Century Center in Atlanta, Georgia. The tournament will be open to all female amateur boxing weight classes and divisions. Female amateur boxing has grown at a tremendous rate. Since the addition of Woman's Boxing in the 2012 Olympics the number of female amateur boxers in the United States alone have more than doubled. We want to make sure our female athletes have as many opportunities to compete and showcase their skills and abilities. As we work towards the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo please join us February 22-24 2019 for a fun and exciting weekend of female amateur boxing!
