Sweet Science Boxing K.O Parkinson's Boxing Fitness classes are designed  to assist those diagnosed with stage 1-3 (mild-moderate) stages of Parkinson's disease.  

Classes will focus on the development of motor skills , reflexes, hand eye coordination, movement, and cardio conditioning .

Have  fun learning the sport  of boxing while giving Parkinson's disease heck with hitting the heavy bag, learning the famous speed bag, punching the focus mitts and an allotment  of other fun exciting drills and exercises!
