Friday August 28th: (Athlete and Coaches Check-in/Meet and Greet)

Athletes and Coaches Check in located at The Atlanta Marriott Century Center

All Athletes must check in on Friday 8/28/20

Special circumstances must be cleared with event host prior to event. 

Saturday August 29th: (Boxing Day)

Weigh ins and Doctor checks begin at 8am on Saturday Morning. Competition will start at 1pm. 

8am-10am - Weigh ins/Doctor Check

11am: Athlete/Coaches Meeting

12pm: Doors open 

1pm - Competition Starts

Sunday August 30th: (Championship Sunday)

Weigh ins and Doctor Checks begin at 8am on Sunday Morning. Competition will start at 1pm. 

8am-10am - Weigh ins/ Doctor Check

11am: Athlete Coaches Meeting

12pm:Doors Open

1pm - Competition Starts

Event host recommend Athletes book returning travel latest possible flights for Sunday evening or preferably Monday. 

Participating athletes must posses current USA Boxing Membership for 2020 with current USA Boxing Yellow Passbook. 

Participating athletes must posses 1 year annual masters physical 2019-2020 ( No current yellow book, NO BOXING)

All coaches must posses current 2020 USA Boxing Red Coaches Book.

Athletes Must Bring USA Boxing approved Masters Division Headgear (only Title Boxing and Ringside manufacturer a USA Boxing Masters Division Headgear with the "M" designation for USA Boxing Masters Division)

ALL ATHLETES MUST BRING A USA BOXING CERTIFIED COACH OR IDENTIFY A COACH THAT WILL BE ATTENDING THE EVENT PRIOR TO THE EVENT. 

IF ATHLETE DOES NOT HAVE A COACH PLEASE INFORM TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR IN ADVANCE SO WE MAY MATCH YOU WITH A COACH.
