About The Event
Teach your young adults the fundamentals of boxing this summer at Sweet Science Boxing Club!
The Sweet Science Boxing Club Summer Boxing is designed to introduce young adults ages 8-17 years in age boys and girls to the fundamentals of boxing!
The sport of boxing is not only a tremendous fitness activity for young adults, but also teaches intangibles to include self confidence, self discipline, work ethic, and self defense!
Our 2 hour sessions will teach the fundamentals of boxing to include proper punch technique, defense, jumping rope, heavy bag workouts, double end bag, speed/agility training and strengtth and conditioning!
COST:
$300 PER CHILD
