Teach your young adults the fundamentals of boxing this summer at Sweet Science Boxing Club!

The Sweet Science Boxing Club Summer Boxing is designed to introduce young adults ages 8-17 years in age boys and girls to the fundamentals of boxing! 

The sport of boxing is not only a tremendous fitness activity for young adults,  but also teaches intangibles to include self confidence, self discipline, work ethic, and self defense! 

Our 2 hour sessions will teach the fundamentals of boxing to include proper punch technique, defense, jumping rope, heavy bag workouts, double end bag, speed/agility training and strengtth and conditioning!  

COST:

$300 PER CHILD 

INCLUDES: 

1 camp week, 1 pair of 16oz boxing glove, Hand Wraps, Tote Bag and Sweet Science Boxing Club Camp T shirt. 

No contact or sparring required 

We are offering two camp sessions 

CAMP 1: STARTS MONDAY: JUNE 10 2024- ENDS SATURDAY, JUNE 15, 2024 

CAMP 2: STARTS MONDAY: JULY 15 2024- ENDS SATURDAY, JULY 10, 2024

The Summer Camp schedule will be offered daily Monday- Friday for 2 hour sessions,  and Saturday (optional)

Parents will have  the option to choose from Morning or  Evening Session

MORNING SESSION: (12PM-2PM)

EVENING SESSION: (5PM-7PM) 

SATURDAY: (10AM- 12PM)
